(13) When a specific, pre-determined statistical analysis is expressly requested by the Partner, they will provide Epistata with an example taken from another study or with an empty result table to be completed, and the revisions requested by external reviewers will be costed additionally.

(14) Epistata will provide approximate completion times for the commissioned activities. For example, two weeks for a statistical analysis. However, these estimates represent approximate indications and do not constitute binding agreements.
